Responsibilities
- —Design and iterate PCBs for rapid prototypes, from schematic capture through layout and bring-up
- —Bring up and validate firmware/hardware around ESP32 and STM32 platforms
- —Design custom power solutions — regulation, battery management, EMI and thermal considerations — for field-deployed hardware
- —Integrate sensors, RF front-ends, and compute modules into compact, ruggedized enclosures
- —Work closely with software and ML teams to bridge hardware, firmware, and software boundaries
- —Manage prototype fabrication and assembly with contract manufacturers
Requirements
- —Track record of taking PCB designs from concept to working prototype (portfolio or examples requested)
- —Hands-on experience with ESP32 and STM32 microcontroller families
- —Experience designing custom power circuits (DC-DC, LDO, battery charging and protection)
- —Comfortable with full hardware integration — sensors, connectors, RF, mechanical constraints
- —Familiarity with tools such as KiCad or Altium and basic bench instrumentation
- —Self-directed and comfortable working remote with a small, fast-moving team

Responsibilities
- —Design and build systems software across embedded Linux devices and backend services
- —Write performance-critical code in Rust and C for edge inference and sensor pipelines
- —Build and maintain services and tooling in Go and Python
- —Containerize, deploy, and operate workloads with Docker across edge and cloud environments
- —Collaborate with hardware and ML engineers to integrate software with custom PCBs and embedded targets
- —Own reliability, testing, and CI/CD for the software you ship
Requirements
- —Strong software engineering fundamentals with production experience in at least two of Go, Rust, C, Python
- —Comfortable working in Linux environments, including embedded or resource-constrained targets
- —Experience with Docker and containerized deployment workflows
- —Bonus: experience with embedded systems, device drivers, or real-time constraints
- —Bonus: experience with computer vision, sensor fusion, or edge ML inference
- —Self-directed and comfortable working remote with a small, fast-moving team
